Cross Country Reflection

WALT: improve our fitness levels

This term we are training for cross country and recording how many laps we can do in 15 minutes. I can do 5 laps in 15 minutes. My goal is to do 7 laps by the end of the term. I will achieve this by trying my hardest not to slow down and walk. If I do I will walk fast.
